Return Policy

Coffee Products:

If you receive the product you ordered damaged, or if you have received an incorrect product, please send an email to support@fattocattocoffeeco.com with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as soon as possible and we will send a new one free of charge. Please understand that roasting and packaging coffee is a very human process and that sometimes we make mistakes. Even though mistakes can happen, we care very much about the coffee we send and are eager to correct the issue.

If you have not received your package, please email us and we will assess the situation. If the conclusion is come to that the coffee was indeed not received when it should have been, we will send a replacement free of charge.

Please note that we do not accept returns in situations concerning customer error. It is your job to order the coffee you wish to order. We do not accept returns or make refunds because the customer ordered the incorrect product or did not like the product they received.

If you are approved for a return, please do not ship the coffee back to us. Once the return is processed, you are free to do with it what you will. Food and drink items sent back to us will have to be discarded, therefore, sending such products back to us is a waste of shipping.


Clothing and Merchandise:

If the clothing you received comes to you damaged, please send us an email with a clear photo of the damages at support@fattocattocoffeeco.com and you will receive a replacement item. Please note that it is possible printed items could come with some slight staining or marks. These stains are due to the printing process and will wash out in the first laundry cycle.

Please do not return an item without first emailing us first. It is important that we are able to keep track of items coming in and out. Unclaimed return items will be donated or discarded if damaged and cannot be refunded.

If you do not receive your item, please email us within two weeks of the estimated arrival date and we will review your email and provide a replacement item.

Please note that we do not allow returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. All clothing items have sizing charts included in the description. Please be careful to choose the correct size before you purchase.


Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When the refund is issued, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
