The birthplace of coffee, Ethiopian beans are known for their high quality and unique flavor profile. Grown at an altitude of between 1700m and 1900m in the Sidma Zone of Ethiopia, our FattoCatto Ethiopian Natural Coffee is fully natural processed, meaning it is hand sorted and then dried on raised beds, giving it a fruity flavor profile and infusing it with the natural sugars of the coffee cherry. Milder than the Ethiopian Harrar Coffee, this medium-light roast coffee has fruity tones with a chocolaty caramel finish. Roasted to order, this exceptional whole bean coffee is guaranteed to arrive to your door at the peak of freshness.
